Totally recommend to all. The hotel is exceptional, with wonderful views, amazing location easy to reach on foot from the train station. Abundant options at breakfast. The pool area is very clean too. A bar in the reception, convenient.

Recommend it for couples looking to unwind
Sipping on drinks while taking in the view was lovely. Plus, our room was cozy, and the staff made sure we felt right at home with their attentive service.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable given the overall quality we received.

The friendly staff, clean rooms, great interior.
Food wasn`t so good, I would replace the cook as there was no reasonable bread at the breakfast buffet.

The location is gorgeous, and the rooftop pool was a perfect escape, just what we needed to unwind! We loved enjoying the view from the terrace with a cocktail in hand.

I stayed here for 3 days and would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel was romantic, location was wonderful in a lovely open square next to the Church of Santa Maria Novella, plentiful breakfast. The rooftop bar was comfortable.

The whole story in a nutshell
The rooftop pool offers amazing views, especially at sunset. My room had exquisite frescoes and a private terrace. Staff were attentive. Alissia were really nice to help during a tough week. Can't wait to return!

All good. The hotel is in a very good condition and the swimming on the roof is impressive. We had a free upgrade and a nice 2 room room for 3 people.

Staying at grand hotel minerva was a treat! The suite was spacious and comfortable, a perfect retreat to recharge before diving back into the city's excitement. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, and the staff at the welcome desk were helpful. We loved the personal touch of the fruit and biscotti basket.
